SHORT STAY

On the 2nd floor of a residential complex you will find this fully equipped apartment of about 25 m2. There is no elevator in the complex so unfortunately the apartment is less suitable for the disabled.

Through the entrance you enter the living room with a lovely large window. In the living room there is a kitchen with fridge (with a small freezer compartment), microwave, extractor hood, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and induction stove. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a full inventory such as pans, cutlery and glasses. The bathroom is also on the floor of the living room and has a toilet, sink and shower.

Through the living room you can use a staircase to the upper floor where the sleeping loft is located. This is equipped with a 2-person box spring and two closets. 

Through the living room you have access to a partial roof terrace. Of course, you can also use the garden located on the first floor! The building also has a washing-drying combination, which can be used for a small fee.

The monthly rent of the apartment is voor 1 persoon € 1.075,-. (2 personen € 1.175,- )On top of this rent is a fixed amount (monthly) of € 200, - for gas, water, electricity, TV, internet and municipal taxes. The property is available from Medio 1april 2025  t / m sept/okt (in overleg)  2025
