Who are we ?

For a number of years, Ans, I, have been running a successful company in the rental and leasing of private homes (HomeForlife).                                      Because of the continuous growth of the company Homeforlife and the hustle and bustle it brings with it, my former colleague Andrea van Egmond and her friend Patricia Kramp will continue to professionalize HomeforLife with a lot of energy and enthusiasm.I

A new challenge
Both of us are not people to have nothing to worry about, and even though we are approaching retirement age, we decided to look for a common new challenge. We came up with the idea of renting out apartments for vacations and short stays. Due to the knowledge I gained with my company this seemed like a logical next step.
Katwijk is a village where many Germans spend their vacations. With Cor's knowledge of the German language and his many years of cooperation it is written on his body to deal with our neighboring guests. 

The apartments
There came a nice building in the Secr.varkevisserstraat the picture that lends itself perfectly for the purpose we had in mind. Close to the beach and completely rebuilt to your own taste. We have chosen to renovate the apartments with sustainable materials. Super insulated, extra solar double glass and energy neutral renovated; That means no gas but by using a heat pump with a boiler of 350 liters more than enough to make everything work properly. In winter it is very pleasant because of the underfloor heating (nice and warm feet). The luxury apartments have become like home with all the trimmings.

The apartments in the Varkevisserstraat are rented out under the name: (Holiday & Shortstay Katwijk) In addition, we also rent out several apartments in the Voorstraat under the name (Neptunus Verhuur Katwijk).
